Credit and Debit cards: We accept VISA, MASTER, MAESTRO AND AMERICAN EXPRESS
issued in india by various banks. Internationally payments are accepted by paypals. We have payment gateway provided by Razorpay. All the transactions are secured by SSL which provides encryption during entire transactions.
Ewellstore.com does store any private information like Credit/Debit card no, or CVV number, expiry dates which are only required during the transactions. Risk Management / Fraud Management Systems are used for ensuring that payment card frauds are kept to minimum and all necessary information regarding payment cards is secure for you, us and the payment card industry.
Netbanking: Customers can pay directly through Netbanking.
Refund of Payment: In any case, if there is power failure during transaction or internet speed is too slow and customer is unable to complete the transaction throught credit/debit card or through Netbanking, though amount have been deducted from the customers’s account, we will fully coperate with the customer. We will contact the partner banks and Razorpay to refund the payments as early as possible.
Cash on Delivery: We have tie up with the courier companies for the Cash on Delivery. The customer can deliver the cash to the delivering agent on receival of products. The following point should be kept in mind for the COD:
- Opting for “Cash on Delivery Option” when you click on it.
- You get acknowledgement on mail when you complete the order.
- Once we receive the order our customer care team will call you for the identity verification. Once you are verified the order will be shipped on that date.
- You are required to pay to the Courier agent on receivable of the shipment.
- Cash on Delivery packages cannot be opened until complete payment has been made to the courier agent.
