Shipping Policy
Courier companies – We will be shipping the items through reputed courier companies like First Flight, DTDC, Bluedart etc depending upon the availability and accessibility. We will track the accessiblity through Pin Code of the area and ship the order with that particular courier companies. The expense of the courier depends upon the urgency, distance and weight of the couriers.
Since we are in the process of tie up with the companies it is very difficult to maintain the inventory of different companies. So the product will be delivered directly from the original company to the customer. In case, one order consisting of products from two or more different companies, the customer till get separate couriers from different companies. The advantages of system is that:
- Customer will get original product directly from the company.
- Tracking of the courier would be easier, as one company may in Delhi, other in Lucknow it is very difficult to organise single package order.
- It will ensure timely and fast delivery of the product.
Once we ship the order we would give the tracking number and courier ompany details to the customer.
Time of Delivery: Since it will also depend upon the distance, accessibility and weight of the courier. Most the companies deliver in 1-2 days in metropolitan and 2-3 days in semi – urban or rural area. The patience and cooperation of customer is highly appreciated. We try to provide you the genuine product in perfect condition.
No hidden charges : There would be no hidden charges associated with product like octroi, VAT etc. The charges that appear on website would be full and final.
International Delivery: The delivery charges would depend upon the shipping company and charges as applicable. However we would try to keep the charges minimum.
